Below you will find Salt’s comprehensive functions package for you to consider. Please note, that at the time of posting this package onto our web site, all prices and menu options were correct at the time, but due to market place fluctuations, certain line items may have been changed or replaced with a similar product, or some of the pricing structure may have changed. Salt has created various Beverage Packages to suit your budget, thus ensuring that your function meets each and every one of your requirements.
Option 1:
Cash Drawer:
Each member of the party pays for their drinks individually over the bar as they go. Please note, as with all function options, although Salt will permit individual beverage purchases, the food component of the group will be presented in one bill.
Option 2:
Open Bar:
The Cocktail Lounge is used for all of the function or only a part of it. The guests will order their drinks over the bar and the purchases will be placed onto an account to be tallied up at the end of the function, and be presented to the host for finalisation. It is the host’s decision whether to have the entire bar open for their guests, or whether to have a pre-determined beverage list available to the guests,
e.g. - just house champagne, local beer and wine.
Option 3: Set Beverage Package:
The function is covered for all drink requirements over a pre-determined time period, at various levels, to be set by the host. This option is very popular at Salt as it allows the host of the function to know the Entire Cost of the function, prior to its start, with no additional costs involved.

Upgrades
Regarding the above Beverage Packages, it is possible, if you so wish, to upgrade various lines. Simply choose the ‘upgrades’, from below, and add that amount per person.

Catering for all occasions, from corporate events and launches, to weddings and special birthdays, or any other milestone that you wish to celebrate, Salt has it all.

3 Course
(entrée, main and dessert) $55.00 per person
IMPORTANT
Please note, the entire food bill will be presented to the host at the end of the function before finalisation.
If any member of the party has any special dietary requirements, Salt will fully accommodate their needs given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Where a celebratory cake, provided by the party, is chosen as the dessert component, then a $5.00 surcharge will apply. Salt will cut and present each individual slice with trimmings to compliment such a cake e.g. home-made ice cream, fresh berries, couli etc.
Children under the age of 15 years can opt for a special children’s menu that will be negotiated with the functions manager according to their needs.
Menu designs are very welcome at Salt. Please note, however, that 5 days notice prior to the function is necessary, for the inclusion of any banners, company logos, or headings that the host may require to place on the menu. There is no extra charge for this service.
